Free Counselling Consultation
Book a free, optional consultation available in-person or virtually, designed to help you connect with a clinician and decide if they’re the right fit for your goals and preferences. Click on each therapist to learn more about their background, approach, and upcoming availability.
Family Counselling
Support for families looking to improve communication, navigate conflict, or adjust to life changes together. Sessions focus on building understanding, strengthening relationships, and developing healthier ways of interacting. Family counselling can address challenges like sibling tension, co-parenting, or blended family dynamics.
For clients looking to address deeper emotional disconnection, we invite you to explore our ABFT Family Counselling services, a type of family therapy rooted in attachment theory. Best for families with teens struggling with depression, anxiety, or withdrawal, ABFT helps repair strained parent–child relationships and strengthen emotional bonds.
Please note that the first session should be attended by parent(s) or guardian(s) only.
Parent Strategies & Support
A focused service for parents and caregivers looking for guidance in supporting their child’s emotional, behavioural, or developmental needs. We offer practical, evidence-based strategies to help you navigate challenges, strengthen your relationship, and respond with confidence.
This service can be accessed on its own or alongside your child’s therapy.
Child & Teen Counselling
Therapy for children and adolescents to support emotional regulation, coping skills, and overall mental well-being. Whether your child is experiencing anxiety, low mood, behavioral challenges, or difficulty adjusting to life changes, sessions provide a safe and age-appropriate space to explore emotions, build resilience, and strengthen self-confidence.
Important notes:
- Please book Child & Teen Counselling sessions under the child or teen’s name
- All first sessions are with parent(s)/guardian(s) only
- If the child's parent(s) are separated/co-parenting, we require written consent from both parents to provide psychological services
Adult Counselling
Individual therapy for adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions, or relationship concerns. Sessions provide a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore your experiences, build insight, and develop strategies for meaningful change and improved well-being.
Couples Counselling
A supportive space for partners to improve communication, resolve conflict, and reconnect. Using evidence-based approaches (Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method), sessions help build emotional safety, strengthen connection, and support lasting change in your relationship.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR is an evidence-based therapy that helps reprocess distressing memories so they no longer carry the same emotional charge. Using bilateral stimulation, such as guided eye movements, EMDR supports the brain in storing these memories differently—reducing symptoms related to trauma, PTSD, anxiety, OCD, and more. Sessions follow a structured approach to promote healing and lasting change.
Academic Strategies & IPP Support
An academic-focussed session designed to support students and families with educational decision-making—whether it’s developing an Individual Program Plan (IPP), exploring post-secondary or career pathways, identifying specialized school placements for ADHD, autism, or other neurodivergent profiles, or creating a long-term strategy for both academic and personal success.
Autism Support Services
Neurodiversity-affirming support for autistic children, teens, adults, and their families. Individual counselling and parent consultations focus on building self-understanding, emotional wellbeing, and confidence. These services are available in person and virtually, and are appropriate for clients navigating a lifelong diagnosis or exploring identity after diagnosis later in life.
